Reserve your property
An apartment can be reserved on payment of a €1'500 reservation fee; this is refundable against the initial deposit for the property only. Reservation payments can be made by sending a cheque made payable to 'BALKIMO Shpk' to the following address: Balkimo Shpk, Street "Dervish Hima" Nr. 4, Tirana, Albania.
