PARADISO CLUB
The most well-known Albanian architect prepared a specific design in line with the concept as well a famous interior designer worked on the design. PARADISO is a development of 240 apartments on half of the land i.e. 80’000 m2. The first phase goes with 120 apartments.

PARADISO concept is based on independent small buildings of 550 m2 with 3 levels and a large terrace on the last floor. Each building has 2 apartments of 65 to 85 m2 per floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, a separate toilet and a living room. The apartment can be furnished by our team at additional cost. As well we are offering a full property management service to investors.
